Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to ship?
Typically, around 2-3 weeks from receipt of book files, including the printing and shipping of the book. However, all books require different specifications and some may require different processing times than others.

Do I have to use specific fonts or can I use any font I want?
Your book will come out EXACTLY like your PDF, so all fonts, colors, and formatting will be printed as per the PDF file you provide. We do not change the file in anyway. This works the same for the cover, so your cover will look EXACTLY like the PDF cover you provide.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes! The more books you order, the cheaper the cost per book is. Please let us know how many books you wish to print so we can provide the best possible price for you!

What types of files can I send? What if it's not the right size or type?
Please send PDF files, but if you are having trouble converting your file, just reach out to us and we will help you! If you are having issues with sizing, we will resize the file for you!

What PDF specifications should I use?
PDF specifications can get complicated and confusing, so don’t get caught up in the specifications. We typically do not have any issues with prints regardless of file specifications. However, if you’re able: try to make sure all fonts are embedded, vectors are rasterized, images rendered at 300 dpi, flatten your document, and include bleed (0.125”). We do not edit files, so the quality of your print relies solely on the quality of your files!
